
Shipping policy
Since most items are made to order, limited stock is available. Typically processing times are 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on available stock and fabrication complexity. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Although rare, we may experience additional delays due to a high volume of orders or availability of materials that are out of our control. If we expect delays beyond the typical 3 to 10 business days, we will make every effort to notify you well in advance.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free shipping within the United States on orders over $150. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within a radius of 10 miles from Gales Ferry, CT. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery. We will contact you via phone or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to schedule your delivery.
In-store pickup
Due to local restrictions, in-store pickup is limited. Call to schedule a time for pickup. Or, we will gladly meet you to drop off your order within the guidelines of Local Delivery described above.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@connecticutengraving.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
